Yoga/Pilates & Breakfast in Carusel with Paolas Wellness


Paola Milla León is a wellness coach, Pilates and yoga teacher from Peru. She has been in this industry for over 20 years. She has lived in Finland for several years and has worked for different studios and gyms in the Helsinki area before becoming an independent entrepreneur.

Paola has been certified in fitness training, Pilates, and yoga in Peru and Finland. Working for many years in the health and fitness industry has given her a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of anatomy and different forms of exercise. Now she feels passionate about creating different events and classes that could offer a holistic balance. She is considering different areas of well-being in her classes.

Join her Pilates classes at Cafe Carusel on Fridays at 8:15 to start your day energized and Saturday´s yoga at 8.45 to bring your mind- body and emotions back to balance. Please sign up to these classes through Paolas website<3
